“RéChic & Shop” is our commercial and branding name used across our website, application, and social media.

Our legally registered entity is Chic & Shop Trading LLC, operating in the State of Qatar.

2. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”) and Chic & Shop Trading LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”) governing your use of our website and mobile application (the “Services”).

By accessing or using our Services, you confirm that you:

1. Have read, understood, and accepted these Terms
2. Will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
3. Will use the Services only for lawful purposes

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or exploitation of any part of the Services without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

3. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

You agree to:

All items are guaranteed authentic and fall into the following categories:

1. Unused – Never worn, no defects
2. Pre-owned – Previously used, condition clearly stated

6. Pricing

All prices are listed in Qatari Riyals (QAR) and exclude delivery fees.

We reserve the right to:

1. Modify prices at any time
2. Cancel orders in case of pricing or technical errors and issue a full refund

7. Orders

1. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability
2. Processing typically takes 24–48 hours after payment confirmation
3. Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once confirmed

We reserve the right to refuse or limit any order at our discretion.

8. Shipping & Delivery

1. Shipping is handled via DHL Express or local couriers
2. Delivery times:
3. Qatar: 2–7 business days
4. International: 4–22 business days

Customers are responsible for:

1. Providing accurate delivery details
2. Paying applicable customs duties and taxes

We are not liable for delays caused by third parties, customs, or incorrect information.

9. Returns

Due to the nature of second-hand items, returns are only accepted through our “Return for Resell” service for items valued at QAR 1,000 or more.

Conditions:

1. Request within 7 days of delivery
2. Item must be unused and in original condition
3. Shipping costs are borne by the customer

Approved items will be relisted. Payment is issued once the item is resold.

10. Resell Service

1. Commission: 30% (Seller receives 70%)
2. Consignment period: 90 days
3. Early withdrawal fee applies

All items undergo authentication. Non-authentic items will be rejected and returned.

11. Payments

We accept secure online payments via encrypted gateways.

We are not liable for issues resulting from:

1. Customer device security breaches
2. Unauthorized access due to user negligence

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the Services (design, text, images, trademarks) is owned or licensed by Chic & Shop Trading LLC.

Use is limited to personal, non-commercial purposes. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

13. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

To the maximum extent permitted by law:
