    We classify items into three categories:

    Very Good: Lightly used with minimal wear, no defects or odors.

    Good: Worn with slight material wear but no holes, tears, rust, or odors.

    All items are inspected by our experts, with detailed descriptions provided.

    Yes! Although we are based in Qatar, we offer worldwide shipping.

    Within Qatar: Shipping fees range from QAR 50 to QAR 100.

    International: Fees vary based on destination and item weight.

    We exclusively use DHL Express for fast and reliable delivery.

    As we specialize in pre-owned luxury items, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or refunds.However, for items over QAR 1,000 that are purchased online and listed as never worn, you may relist them for resale free of charge, with no commission, at the original purchase price.For full details, please refer to our Return for Resell Policy within our Terms and Conditions.

    We accept luxury items from prestigious designers such as Chanel, Hermès, Louis Vuitton, Gucci, and other high-end brands. Only authentic luxury designer items are eligible for resale.

    To maintain the quality of our offerings, items must be in good condition with only minor imperfections. Each item undergoes a thorough inspection to verify quality and authenticity.

    Currently, we only accept items from residents of Qatar. Please do not attempt to submit counterfeit items—any fake items will be rejected and confiscated, and the authorities will be notified. We only accept genuine luxury pieces.

    No, we do not purchase any items. We specialize in reselling luxury pieces on our platform, with a 30% commission on each sale.

    When you shop with RéChic & Shop, you will receive email notifications at every stage of your order process.

    To stay fully updated, please make sure notifications are also enabled in your online account settings. This ensures you never miss any important updates regarding your purchase.

    We offer a variety of secure payment options for your convenience:

    Credit/Debit Card – Safe and secure online payments

    Apple Pay & Google Pay – Fast mobile checkout options

    Bank Transfer – To pay via bank transfer, please send us a clear email request with the item(s) you wish to purchase.

    Once your order request is received by email, you will have 3 hours to complete your bank transfer payment. Please ensure your payment is confirmed within this timeframe. Any payments not completed or confirmed within 3 hours are at the buyer’s risk and may not be accepted.

    For any assistance, our team is always available to help.

    To resell your item, simply register on our website and select “Resell My Items”. Please complete all required details, including brand, condition, and your desired price, and upload at least 4 original photos (not taken from the internet).

    Once submitted, your item will be reviewed by our team. You will receive updates at every stage, including acceptance for authentication, professional photography, and listing on consignment for a minimum period of 3 months at our HUB.

    Please ensure all items are securely packed and dry cleaned, and placed on hangers for safe handling and quality standards.

    Once your item is live, you can manage it directly from your account, including price adjustments or cancellation of the listing. When your item is sold, you will be notified immediately, and payment will be processed via bank transfer within 48 hours (working days).

    No, Chic & Shop is an online-only platform , specializing in reselling authentic luxury items.

    For security reasons and to protect against scams, we do not respond to inquiries via social media or WhatsApp .To reach our customer service team, please email us at contact@rechicandshop.com, and we will be happy to assist you.

    Our working hours are Sunday to Thursday, from 7 AM to 7 PM 🕖. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours during our business hours.

    Every accepted resale item is sealed and securely stored in our Hub until sold, for a renewable period of 3 months. Additionally, every step of the resale process is tracked and digitalized, with real-time notifications sent to your account and email.

    If you wish to retrieve your item before the 3-month period, you can cancel your resale directly through your online account. Please note, a QAR 350 cancellation fee will apply.
